Take Out Commitment

A Greyzdorf take-out commitment is a written guarantee by our financing arm that Greyzdorf will buy the developer's BTR project at a specified future date when it has reached a particular stage. With a Greyzdorf take-out commitment, developers mitigate risk from their lenders on construction loans. Property developers typically borrow short-term funds (bridge loans) to pay to complete their projects. The take-out commitment is floor-to-ceiling. The Greyzdorf floor-to-ceiling commitment means there will be a precise final amount paid for the project, and a smaller amount paid if the contingencies are not met. The financing is achieved through a market-making OTC broker-dealer. Trading of corporate bonds or other structured securities backed by Class A brand new construction single-family rental communities are used in order to purchase portfolios .

  • Single family build to rent communities only.
  • Minimum community value 5 million dollars.
  • Ability to close high-volume deals less than 30 days.

GreyzEx is the site for institutional real estate lenders to make high yield interest rates. GreyzEx trade on stable coins.
